Terms of Service - Arif-Bid - Ethiopian Tender-to-Bank Bridge

1. Introduction

Welcome to Arif-Bid. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arif-Bid platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

⚠️ Arif-Bid is a technology facilitator and is NOT:

A legal advisor or law firm
A financial institution or bank
A consortium partner or joint venture participant
An employer or employment agency
A tender authority or procurement entity
An escrow agent or payment guarantor

3. User Obligations

Users are obligated to provide accurate information, respect others' rights, avoid fraudulent activities, and comply with all applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

Fraud or deception
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or disability
Unauthorized collection of personal data
Disrupting or damaging platform operations

5. Limitation of Liability

Arif-Bid provides the platform on an "as is" basis and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Ethiopian Arbitration Institute. The venue shall be Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Governing law is the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
